Shipping & Returns

Shipping.

Standard US shipping is $5.99. Free on orders over $75. Expedited options available at checkout. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking arrives by email when your order is on the truck.

Returns.

Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the item price. We don't refund original shipping unless the return is due to a defect on our end. Email hello@shopwildlands.com to start a return — we'll send a prepaid return label.

Defects.

If anything arrives damaged, fails, or doesn't look right out of the box, we'll replace it free. Email a photo of the issue to hello@shopwildlands.com within 90 days.

International.

We're US-only at launch. International shipping comes later.

Sales tax.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, in accordance with state and local law.
